Return of gold and money should be according to purchase dates. This can be easily done if BNM is sincere in returning the assets and cash to the rightful owners as BNM has all the buyers documents seized on 1 Oct 2012.
GMSB was raided by BNM on "suspicion" of illegal deposit taking and money laundering. Raided without evidence and court hearing still on-going. On what grounds? How long more do people have to wait?
GSB was acquited of the same charges on 16 May 2013. BNM appealed against the acquital. On what grounds? When will the court hearing resume and end? This can't continue forever.
